Agatha has 20 years of experience providing corporate turnaround, lender advisory, and M&A consulting services to over 50 companies. She provides financial, strategic, and operational advisory capabilities in various types of situations, including Chapter 11 bankruptcy, out-of-court restructurings, receiverships, unsecured creditors committee (UCC), Chapter 11 liquidating trustee, balance sheet restructuring, sell-side investment banking, litigation advisory, and business valuation services.
Agatha’s industry experience includes automotive, consumer products, construction and engineering, financial services, food manufacturing and distribution, industrial manufacturing, metals, renewable energy, transportation and logistics, and waste management.
Agatha has earned a strong reputation for her ability to enhance recovery value by bridging differences in opinion and aligning stakeholders toward a shared goal.
Before joining Huron, Agatha served as a member of Grant Thornton’s restructuring and turnaround advisory group and a financial planning and strategy specialist at a Fortune 500 bank. Agatha started her career with Ford Motor Company in the Office of General Counsel State and Local Tax Audits, Appeals and Litigation division.
Agatha holds a Master of Business Administration from Walsh College of Accountancy and a bachelor’s degree of business administration in finance from the University of Michigan. She is also a certified insolvency and restructuring adviser (CIRA) and a Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) registered representative with Series 63 and Series 79 licenses.
