Jess has over 14 years consulting experience in the healthcare industry. She has worked in multiple provider settings, including hospitals, physician practices and pediatric center environments to implement operational performance improvement and system applications.
Currently, Jess is responsible for operational implementations specifically for community hospitals, including performance improvement implementations, hospital turnarounds, and mergers and acquisitions. She has helped her clients achieve significant benefit in revenue improvement and cost savings.
