Jim has over 20 years of consulting experience in hospital, health system and physician practice management organizations. Jim spends the majority of his time working directly with clients. As a member of Huron Healthcare’s Operations Leadership Team, he has provided leadership for a number of Huron Healthcare’s practice groups including Revenue Cycle, Established Client Services, and the Operations Assessment Team.
He is also currently providing leadership for Huron’s Community Hospital performance improvement practice. He is a seasoned expert in all aspects of comprehensive performance improvement and has deep revenue cycle domain experience. In his role as a Client Service Executive, Jim and has provided leadership to numerous comprehensive performance improvement engagements.
