Mark has delivered business and technology advisory services for client teams and executives from North America, Europe, and Asia. He has led engagements ranging from strategic transformation, to enterprise performance management, organizational change, process engineering, data governance and program management.
Mark started his career as a knowledge engineer designing and implementing engineering and expert systems including decision support solutions that codify and automate subject matter domain expertise. He leads robotic process automation (RPA) initiatives at Huron. He has successfully delivered operational performance improvement and cost savings across a variety of industry sectors. He has served clients in diverse advisory roles to deliver performance improvement and business systems to optimize customer-facing, supply chain and back-office processes. Mark has an undergraduate degree in Computer Science, MBA and executive education studies in Organizational Change Management.
