Ryan is the change management and leadership capability owner for Huron’s Performance Improvement business unit. Ryan has over 14 years of experience in driving transformational change in healthcare. His experience includes leading transformation work across a range of clients including national and regional health systems, academic medical centers, pediatric hospitals and physician groups.
Ryan’s expertise centers on health system integration and consolidation, designing and implementing change management and leadership strategies, health information system optimization and patient access centralization and redesign.
Throughout his career, Ryan has a successful record of partnering with clients to develop strategies to prepare for and ultimately implement complex change. He has led engagements resulting in significant financial and operational improvements in multiple provider settings, including national and regional systems, academic medical centers, community hospitals, government health systems, and faith-based organizations.
