About Adrian
Adrian leverages systems thinking, customer insights, and customer-facing technology strategy for clients across industries to accelerate their growth agenda, enabling them to increase their share in existing markets and expand into new ones. He brings a background in design thinking, rapid innovation, and managing large-scale, technology-enabled transformation programs to help clients take advantage of today’s market disruptions as well as anticipate changes to come.
Throughout his career, Adrian has:
- Led a multiyear marketing transformation initiative for a large healthcare payor, resulting in more agile, measurable, and effective marketing and customer engagement.
- Driven a five-year transformational program at a Fortune 50 retailer to stand up a new e-commerce and digital marketing platform and organization to significantly increase digital as a percentage of its revenue.
- Spearheaded the development of growth-oriented go-to-market solutions for chief marketing officers, chief data officers, chief revenue officers, and other C-suite roles across healthcare, consumer products, and retail.
Prior to joining Huron, Adrian served as a partner at EY, where he held the roles of healthcare customer and growth leader for the Americas and global sustainability leader. Before EY, he was the CEO of a boutique digital business consultancy focused on technology-enabled transformation. Prior to that role, he was a senior vice president at Publicis Sapient for almost 18 years, where, among other roles, he led the North American transformation office, ran a region, and supported Fortune 50 clients in retail, banking, and healthcare.
Adrian earned a master's degree from Northwestern University and a bachelor's degree with high honors from Swarthmore College.
Adrian volunteers as a board member and committee chair of CaringBridge, a nonprofit focused on helping caregivers and patients through a health journey.
