For nearly two decades, Agatha has helped organizations and creditors formulate and execute financial and operational restructuring strategies. She specializes in helping clients maximize value and lead strategically through important evolutions and business decisions.

About Agatha

Agatha has over 17 years of experience helping clients navigate defining events in the life of an organization. Her roles have focused on providing financial, strategic and operational advisory capabilities in various situations, including lender advisory, balance sheet restructurings, operational turnarounds, Chapter 11 bankruptcy, receiverships, unsecured creditors committee, liquidating trustees, litigation advisory and business valuation services.

Her clients span many industries, including automotive, metals, industrial manufacturing, transportation and logistics, waste management, and consumer goods. In her roles, Agatha has excelled in providing her clients with clarity on strategic next steps, as well as maximizing stakeholder value.

Before joining Huron, Agatha served as a member of Grant Thornton’s restructuring and turnaround advisory group and a financial planning and strategy specialist at a Fortune 500 bank. Agatha started her career with Ford Motor Company in the Office of General Counsel State and Local Tax Audits, Appeals and Litigation division.

Agatha holds a Master of Business Administration from Walsh College of Accountancy and a bachelor’s degree of business administration in finance from the University of Michigan. She is also a certified insolvency and restructuring adviser (CIRA) and a Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) registered representative with Series 63 and Series 79 licenses.
