Ed has provided manufacturing and supply chain expertise to global manufacturing, utility, high-tech, and public sector clients to improve their business processes through digital solutions, enabling them to achieve their business goals and remain competitive in a rapidly changing global environment. Ed has helped clients implement best-in-class processes supported by digital cloud technologies and software to achieve global efficiencies and control while achieving real cost savings. He has provided leadership and best-practice expertise in leading numerous complex business transformation efforts for midsize and Fortune 500 clients. He has also built and grown teams in executive roles.

Throughout his career, Ed has:

  • Led programs at a leading high-tech company to replace 52 legacy systems inherited through merger and acquisition (M&A) activities with a suite of Oracle enterprise applications, implementing standard global financial; order-to-cash; configure, price, quote (CPQ); and supply chain processes, enabling the business to continue to grow organically on a global basis.
  • Helped a leading manufacturer in the construction industry implement best-practice processes supported by the suite of Oracle enterprise applications across their finance department, manufacturing plants, regional supply warehouses, and service centers.
  • Led the transformation of the work and asset management processes and systems at a large, regional utility generation company, resulting in increased maintenance efficiencies of plant equipment, better ability to predict and prevent machine downtime, greater extension of asset life, and a reduction of overall costs through better inventory, supply chain, and planning control.

Prior to joining Huron, Ed was a co-founder and served 16 years as CEO of AXIA Consulting (AXIA), which was acquired by Huron in 2024. Prior to this, Ed was a managing director at Solutions Consulting, becoming CEO and president of Solutions Consulting after its acquisition by Perot Systems in 2000. Ed started his career at Accenture.

Ed earned a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Business Administration from Miami University.
