Over the course of his career, Frank has worked with clients to effectively inspire and build executive alignment, develop strong teams, and focus innovation investments on well-defined outcomes — helping them achieve over $100 billion in growth. He has deep expertise in translating customer intelligence into ideas that drive growth, developing and transforming business models, and aligning employee experiences that build engagement and shape organizational behavior.
Frank brings a background in the integration of design and the cognitive and behavioral sciences to his client work. He has pioneered the development of an extensive array of tools for diagnosing and influencing how people perceive, interpret, engage and act on their experiences. The focal point of his work in this area is the Design for Behavior toolset that has been instrumental in creating experiences addressing health, financial, environmental, artistic and social wellbeing.
Prior to joining Innosight, Frank was the CEO and founder of Customer Innovations. He also held customer experience leadership roles with CSC Index, The Concours Group and eLoyalty. Before moving into the consulting space, Frank led the advanced technology and artificial intelligence groups for a major financial institution where he oversaw the industry’s first commercially successful expert systems and machine learning applications.
