About Greg
Greg provides business transformation leadership to clients, helping organizations modernize operations, innovate manufacturing, and simplify supply chain activities by leveraging advanced technologies combined with organizational change programs. He has served clients across the globe, including North and South America, China, Vietnam, Japan, Hong Kong, the Middle East, and both Eastern and Western Europe.
Over his career, he has led Fortune 500 strategic global integration programs, enterprise resource planning (ERP) implementations and manufacturing strategy development. He also has experience in business turnaround and improvement projects, including mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and leverage buyouts.
Greg has led supply chain improvement projects to optimize supply chain design, forecasting, demand management, sourcing, material planning, purchasing, production planning, shop floor execution, inventory management, distribution networks, and distribution centers. He has also led IT strategy projects, including application architecture, IT governance, and shared services.
Throughout his career, Greg has:
- Developed an achievable business transformation strategy for a complex make-to-order manufacturing client, focusing on increasing sales, reducing manufacturing costs, and creating a more flexible product development model.
- Guided global mergers, including the merger of two $1.2 billion manufacturing companies that included the transformation and simplification of manufacturing across Europe.
- Led the stabilization and transformation of a global company’s supply chain operations after several supply chain shocks.
- Led multiple recoveries of failed ERP implementations, including recovering a failed ERP implementation for a $1 billion manufacturing company where the failure impacted earnings and was reported to Wall Street.
- Helped manufacturing clients develop recurring subscription strategies to create ongoing cash flows based on one-time hardware sales.
Prior to joining Huron, Greg served as president at AXIA Consulting (AXIA), which was acquired by Huron in 2024. He was also a co-founder and the CEO of SnappyVine.com, a software-as-a-service solution for social media automation. He also served as a technology partner and IT strategy partner during his 16 years at Accenture.
Greg earned a Bachelor of Science in management information systems and computer science from the University of Dayton.
