About Jennifer

Jennifer has dedicated more than 25 years to healthcare leadership, with more than a decade of that time spent serving in executive roles. She applies deep expertise in interpersonal communication, team development and conflict-resolution to help acute, post-acute, physician and community healthcare organizations improve patient outcomes.

Throughout her career, Jennifer has led teams to increase patient satisfaction scores above the 90th percentile in inpatient, outpatient, ambulatory surgery and emergency departments. She has also developed employee engagement strategies that have reduced turnover by 18% in a three-year period.

Prior to her time with Huron, Jennifer held numerous executive roles, including as chief executive officer of Ernest Health’s New Braunfels Regional Rehabilitation Hospital and chief operating officer of McKenna Health System. She is also a fellow in the American College of Healthcare Executives.
