Jennifer has more than two decades of experience supporting operational and technical implementations in higher education institutions’ clinical and research functions. Her expertise includes program implementations, large-scale strategic planning efforts, operational compliance and optimization, business process analysis and reengineering, as well as financial and administrative system analysis.

Throughout her career, Jennifer has:

• Led a complex initiative for a major cancer center to refine its strategic research roadmap and integrate a new Electronic Health Record (EHR), which included business process redesign and building governance to align the institution’s compliance, research and clinical data.
• Worked with Ivy League research institutions to develop transformational road maps for all facets of the research enterprise and evaluate current state institutional animal care and use committee (IACUC) operations.
• Helped a variety of institutions design, test and implement technology to enhance pre-award management, grants administration, human subjects management and clinical trials management.

Prior to joining Huron, Jennifer held roles in the research units at the University of Hawaii and The Ohio State University Research Foundation.
