John Kelly serves as chief financial officer, treasurer and executive vice president of Huron. He is responsible for Huron’s global finance, accounting, IT and facilities functions. John is a CPA in Illinois and has more than 20 years of experience in finance and accounting roles.

John Kelly was appointed chief financial officer and executive vice president of Huron in January 2017. He has served as Huron’s treasurer since February 2016.
Previously, John served as Huron’s chief accounting officer from February 2015 until January 2017, controller from November 2012 until February 2015 and assistant controller from October 2009 until November 2012. He served as Huron’s assistant treasurer from February 2015 until February 2016. Prior to joining Huron’s finance and accounting department, John was a director in the company’s disputes and investigations practice for three years, where he served clients in the manufacturing and service industries.
Before he joined Huron in December 2006, John held several roles within Deloitte’s assurance and advisory services group. He received both a B.S. and M.S. in accounting from the University of Notre Dame and he is a certified public accountant in Illinois. Mr. Kelly serves on the Board of Directors of Shorelight Holdings LLC.
