Julie has over 18 years of healthcare consulting experience, with expertise in revenue cycle management – generating significant financial and patient service benefits for a number of hospitals and health systems. Much of her work is focused on complex, multi-facility providers, including comprehensive reengineering engagements and enterprise-wide business office consolidations.
She has been active in developing new tools and approaches for the revenue cycle service line including building out Huron Healthcare’s Patient Responsibility Solution, piloting the Huron Healthcare Epic Revenue Cycle Optimization, and developing the Huron Revenue Cycle Community Hospital subscription-based offering.
Julie is also the Revenue Cycle lead for Post-Acute segment of Huron’s Healthcare Practice.
