About Julie

Julie has 20 years of healthcare consulting experience, working with hospitals and health systems to elevate their financial operations. Julie specializes in helping complex, multifacility providers reengineer processes, teams and technology to optimize revenue cycle management.

At Huron, Julie has been active in developing new tools and approaches for the revenue cycle service line including building out the firm’s patient responsibility solution and developing a subscription-based revenue cycle offering for community hospitals.

Throughout her career, Julie has led revenue cycle improvement initiatives at a variety of hospitals and health systems, generating more than $200 million in recurring benefits, freeing up cash flow and improving patient access.

Prior to joining Huron, Julie spent nine years as a healthcare consultant with Stockamp & Associates, which was acquired by Huron in 2008.
