With more than 30 years of hands-on industry experience, Julie is passionate about helping healthcare organizations and leaders improve physician well-being and engagement.

Julie leads the physician and ambulatory consulting team at Huron, which is responsible for guiding physician and provider organizations to strengthen their internal cultures. During her time with the firm, she has worked with a wide range of clients including large systems, independent medical groups and community health centers with a focus on improving physician alignment and engagement to improve provider well-being and ease of practice.

Prior to joining Huron, Julie served in quality management, business development and performance improvement leadership roles at hospitals and health systems. As a quality leader, Julie achieved a 41% reduction in operating expenses and an increase in employee engagement from the 48th percentile to the 92nd percentile by designing and implementing an integrated model for quality, risk and case management.
