About Justin

Justin has over 20 years of experience leading a wide range of business process improvement and technology-related programs at Fortune 500 and multibillion-dollar companies. In addition to his experience in the supply chain, retail, distribution, utilities, and government industries, he has provided expertise in program management, product management, and change management.

Throughout his career, Justin has:

• Led clients through multiple global technology implementations, realizing strategic business results in North America, South America, Europe, and Asia.
• Driven supply chain initiatives to develop business-to-consumer (B2C) and business-to-business (B2B) omnichannel distribution and inventory strategies.
• Directed energy and utilities programs to create innovative, award-winning solutions for emergency response, risk mitigation, and customer-facing, multichannel service request management.

Before joining Huron, Justin served as CEO of AXIA Consulting (AXIA), which was acquired by Huron in 2024. He is an author and featured conference speaker and has served on multiple nonprofit boards in his community.

Justin earned a bachelor’s degree in marketing and logistics from The Ohio State University and has attended the Executive Education program at the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
