Kelly is an experienced healthcare coach, having spent over 10 years guiding leaders to achieve better outcomes through organizational alignment and objective goal setting. She works across national, multifacility health systems and academic health centers to help leaders hone the skills they need to encourage high performance and facilitate change.

Kelly is an expert and trusted adviser on leadership alignment and accountability; goal development, cascading and alignment; action plan skill development; and coaching performance. Over the course of her career, she has analyzed the goals of nearly 100,000 leaders at 600 organizations across the country. She frequently speaks on accountability and alignment topics, including leader evaluation and goal development, at conferences and professional workshops.

Kelly has a background in hospitality and business administration and has led teams of more than 30 employees responsible for customer engagement, retention and revenue generation.
