About Kelsey
Kelsey provides Workday expertise to higher education clients to implement leading practices and updated cloud solutions, enabling them to enhance university operations; improve student, staff, and faculty experience; and provide stakeholders with real-time data to make better decisions. Kelsey supports institutions in preparing their organization for the cloud implementation, oversees the architecture of the new solution, and ensures on-time delivery of Workday solutions rooted in leading practices.
Throughout her career, Kelsey has:
- Served as a delivery executive for a Workday Human Capital Management (HCM), Finance, and Student initiative for a private liberal arts college in the Northeast, resulting in standardized processes, better real-time reporting for college leadership, and an improved user experience.
- Served as a delivery executive for a Workday HCM and Finance initiative for a private liberal arts college in the Midwest, resulting in streamlined processes, better real-time reporting for college leadership, and a more transparent budget process.
- Provided quality assurance leadership to a Workday HCM and Finance initiative for a private university in the Northeast serving the deaf and hard of hearing community, resulting in a more accessible and better technology platform to serve the university.
- Led a multi-institution implementation of Workday HCM and Finance for a consortium of five public institutions in the Northeast, through readiness, planning, and design.
- Managed a Workday HCM, Finance, and Adaptive Planning implementation for a Midwest-based academic medical center, resulting in a shift from paper to online processing, complex integrations to the state, and an improved budget process.
Prior to joining Huron, Kelsey served as a Workday consultant at Accenture.
Kelsey earned a Bachelor of Science from the University of Wisconsin and holds several Workday certifications, including HCM, Financials, Launch, and Engagement Management.
Kelsey was named a Rising Star in the Consulting Profession by Consulting Magazine in 2020.
