Lindsay has more than a decade of healthcare consulting experience, working alongside a range of healthcare organizations to strength financial performance, improve patient and provider engagement, and preserve their mission.

About Lindsay

Lindsay has been a healthcare consultant for more than 14 years, successfully leading a range of financial and performance improvement initiatives across multisystem hospitals, cancer centers, academic health centers and pediatric hospitals. She is also a member of the senior leadership team within Huron’s care access service line.

Throughout her career, Lindsay has managed complex projects in the patient access and patient accounting space, from redesigning processes to facilitating culture change. She has led numerous initiatives focused on access and scheduling optimization, call center redesign, and customer relationship management, helping organizations generate up to $22 million in recurring annual benefit.

Lindsay was previously a consultant with Stockamp & Associates, which was acquired by Huron in 2008. She is involved in multiple industry associations, including the Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA), the Healthcare Information and Management Systems Society (HIMSS) and the American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE).
