Nick has spent more than two decades as a healthcare consultant, bringing a depth of expertise to his work helping community hospitals, large health systems and academic health centers transform their operations and improve performance. He specializes in helping healthcare leaders redesign all aspects of the revenue cycle including patient access, health information management, clinical documentation improvement, charge capture and patient financial services.

Over the course of his career, Nick has led teams responsible for architecting revenue cycle solutions that drive sustainable financial results for healthcare organizations. His efforts have helped organizations of all sizes achieve annual recurring benefits of up to 5% of net patient revenue.

Prior to Huron, Nick was a senior manager of revenue cycle services at Cerner where he guided healthcare clients through process redesign and healthcare information system integrations. He has also served as a manager of business services at Allina Hospitals & Clinics.

Nick is a member of the Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA) and the National Association of Healthcare Access Management.
