About Nick

Nick is an experienced consultant who advises distressed organizations through critical initiatives to reposition and stabilize their business. For more than 18 years, he has developed a depth of expertise in debtor and creditor bankruptcy representations, financial analysis, forecasting, liquidity management and performance improvement.

Nick specializes in working with organizations across the healthcare, energy and airline industries. Throughout his career, he has led numerous executive teams and lenders through Chapter 11 and Chapter 9 bankruptcy processes, as well as critical planning efforts to extend liquidity and support corporate turnarounds. He has overseen administrative cost reduction, asset sale and financial forecasting initiatives to help private and public organizations fulfill their restructuring objectives.

Nick is a certified insolvency and restructuring adviser (CIRA) and a certified turnaround professional (CTP). He holds a Bachelor of Science in finance from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
