Randi Pike

Randi is a registered nurse with over 18 years of experience in healthcare, who is passionate about helping organizations improve employee engagement, patient outcomes and the patient experience.

About Randi

Randi started her career as a nurse working within the emergency department and has since progressed into nursing leadership and business development roles. She has more than 18 years of healthcare experience working within critical access, long-term care, assisted living and post-acute care settings.

As a healthcare coach, Randi works with large multifacility health systems and smaller rural hospitals to develop comprehensive action plans focused on improving HCAHPS scores to achieve and sustain a superior patient experience. She focuses on building relationships that improve employee engagement through effective leadership and mentoring, and has led multiple trainings on AIDET Plus the Promise^SM, goal development and nurse leader rounding.

Prior to joining Huron, Randi served as a clinical liaison at Ernest Health as well as chief nursing officer for Pioneer Medical Center. During her nursing career, she has had the honor of participating and leading patient satisfaction teams, quality improvement teams, and employee recruitment and retention teams.
