She specializes in communication, relationship-building, and collaborating with stakeholders across technology and the business lines to lead clients through a successful project delivery.
About Susan
For more than 28 years, Susan has helped higher education clients drive and sustain transformation by implementing enterprisewide cloud technology. She collaborates with her clients to execute complex implementations and integrations across systems and stakeholder groups, focusing on program management and delivery, change management, business and technical process reengineering, and end-user adoption.
As a program manager and functional solution architect, Susan also specializes in developing applications, conducting design analyses, administering life cycle testing, leading conversion, enhancing enterprise resource planning (ERP) security, developing customizations, and driving ERP configuration and development. Throughout her engagements, she has helped clients execute projects and highlight opportunities for improvement and ongoing innovation.
Before joining Huron, Susan served as a project director at Sierra-Cedar. She also served as the executive director of ERP applications at Lone Star College System and spent five years as an Oracle consultant.
Susan holds a bachelor’s degree from Northern Illinois University. She is certified in Prosci Change Management and Oracle Leadership, and holds a membership with the Change Management Institute (CMI).
Over the years, she has frequently served as an expert panelist at annual forums and conventions, including the Higher Education User Group (HEUG), Alliance and Oracle Cloud workshops.
