Ty has more than two decades of experience leading large implementation teams for a wide range of clients and nearly 15 years of combined experience developing software-as-a-service (SaaS) and platform-as-a-service (PaaS) solutions and identifying and driving SaaS/PaaS opportunities. Throughout his career, he has served as the enterprise architect and technical lead for engagements across multiple sectors, including leading cloud planning and vendor selection efforts; implementing Oracle HCM, Financial, EPM and SCM Cloud software solutions; creating technical strategy and architecture deliverables; and creating reports, integrations, conversion, extensibility and workflow (RICEW) strategy and design documents.

Prior to joining Huron, Ty was a director in the health industries advisory practice at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC). In this position, he focused on developing SaaS/PaaS solutions, identifying and pursuing SaaS/PaaS opportunities and leading large-scale SaaS/PaaS business transformation implementation efforts. In addition, he served as part of PwC’s SaaS methodology team, where he focused on defining a common PwC methodology, playbook and toolkit across Oracle, Salesforce, Workday, SAP, and Microsoft sales cycles and implementations. He also spent four years at the Oracle Corporation, where he served as a senior practice director leading the nearly 60-person North American WebCenter team.

Ty holds a Master of Science in management, a Master of Science in mechanical engineering and a Bachelor of Science in mechanical engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
